Jas, don't worry so much about the belt-drive leak. That's fairly normal on any bike where the transmission shaft protudes from the engine. I have 80K on my bike and it started leaking around 6-10k. I just wipe it off now and then. The speedo cable leak can sometimes be cured by removal and re-seating the end notch of the cable and re-tightening. The head leaks I agree, are frustrating. My head leak is getting worse but like yours, my bike still runs great. The point is, unless oil is actually dripping on the ground don't panic. Some seepage is inevitable. Just wipe it off and watch your oil level. Ride safe.
